Q. When will you start my site?
A. We start the site after we have received the 50% deposit and we email you to discuss the layout ideas you want. We will usually request a few sites you like, or if you have anything in mind.
Q. How long will it take to design my site?
A. We try to get your site up within two weeks, however it really depends on when we get the content and any revisions.
Q. After my first year how much is the hosting?
A. It depends on your site needs, basic hosting is only $100.00 per year, if you need more advanced resources it will be more.
Q. What about site maintenance?
A. There are several options for site maintenance and updates. We can include an area that you can update over the web yourself or we also offer update services for a monthly fee, starting at only $9.95 per month. Of course if you know how you can always do it yourself.
Q. What I need is not on your services page?
A. Feel free to contact us, we offer a wide range of options and can fit nearly anyone's needs. Just send us an email or use the contact form and we will send you back a quote.
Q. I don't like to use Google Checkout, can I pay in other forms?
A. Yes, we also accept Paypal and checks. However, if you pay with a check there will be a delay while the check clears before the site design begins.
